Drop into a meditative space, allowing your breathe and Sound to guide you into a gentle softening of your Heart. Breathing exercises help access deeper levels of your consciousness. Invigorating the body with oxygen, activating harmonious circulation of blood, bringing greater awareness to body sensations! This Breathe-work Sound Bath is designed to help you relax, and to "clear out the gunk" that may be stuck in your Mind, Body and/or Spirit. We set intentions for our session, writing down and sharing what we are grateful for and what we aim to accomplish and integrate from this Meditation Experience. Cacao is a fruit tree that grows near the equator. Most commonly know for being in chocolate, Cacao in it's raw, ceremonially processed form has many benefits. Theobromine, the main ingredient in Cacao, activates the cardiovascular system and increases blood circulation. Cacao allows us to connect with our hearts, softening us to becoming more intimate and loving to ourselves and others.
