Much Love to you! My name is Alexander Bayer. My mission is to help people Reconnect to an Inner balance that can support a healthy and happy Outer world! For most of my early life, my diet wasn’t clean, I rarely exercised, and as a result I became quite out of shape. These patterns continued until my mid-20s, when I began practicing Yoga and Meditation.

In 2014, after my father died from Leukemia, I discovered some Meditation books that really inspired me to take full responsibility for my health. I was the one making the choice to eat junk food and smoke cigarettes. I committed to making healthier choices! I was ready to feel good again! Like I did when I was a child!
I immediately started to feel lighter with Yoga. I felt more energy and I wanted to practice Yoga and meditate multiple times a day. A regular practice held me accountable to myself to choose fruits and vegetables over chips and candy. It was really fun to feel and see progress towards a healthier me!
I grew up in upstate New York , 1 hour away from NYC. My family was Italian and German. SO, naturally I ate plenty of Pizza, Bagels, Chicken Parm Subs and Spaghetti & Meatballs. On top of that I ate a lot of junk food. When I was young it was fine. But as I grew older, I had a bad habit of eating too much food. Years went by and I wasn’t getting healthier or happier. It was starting to make me feel sick. I knew I had to shape up.
I eventually discovered Meditation. I was on a 2 month road trip from New York to California. I was camping and hiking a lot throughout Colorado, and Utah. Immersed in nature, I began my days with Yoga and Meditation. These ancient tools helped me process and understand the natural flow of my consciousness. I would explore nature trails, observe wild habitats and experience deep gratitude for the Plant and Animal Species. The intrinsic symbiosis in Earth’s vast environment inspired me to generate a holistic balance within myself.
This was an undertaking of my own guilt and shame around depression and obesity. Meditation and Yoga were the tools I used as motivation to unite myself with Forgiveness, Strength, Courage, Resilience, Peace and Discernment. I was “re-wiring” the hard drive of my mind, body and soul. I was determined to change myself and create sustainable lifestyle practices rooted in Yoga and Meditation.
I had no guidance. Nobody told me to try Yoga or Meditation. I was seeking these practices because I knew they could help me feel better. For the longest time, I blamed the world and my circumstances for my condition. I wasn’t happy with my life; and it wasn’t my fault! I did not take the necessary action to improve my health, and then I realized that fault doesn’t matter. I had to start from scratch. I had to forgive myself, and everyone else. Blank slate. Any fault or blame was irrelevant, because today is a new day, and I am making healthy choices today. I will honor and respect myself today. I will heal and restore my body and mind every day.

Yoga has improved my life in every way. It is a never ending expedition of Self Discovery and Self Mastery. In my daily practice, I learn more about myself, I activate life force energy and join all the elements to create a harmonious bond of Flow and Ease. I am humbly honored to be able to share this beautiful practice of Love, Forgiveness, Joy and Gratitude with you!
